I am trying to trace my family geneolgy back to Sir Francis Drake. My fathers name was William H. Stoner, his father's name was George Stoner.
Our family, in Kindy, Michigan has Sir Fancis Drake's sword, coat of arms, and other misc. items. Can't find the connection between Stoner and Drake. Any information you may have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
