DRAKE The following is the obituary notice of my great grandfather, George William Drake as it appeared in the local newspaper. He was born Feb 22, 1866 in Montague P.E.I.and died Dec 14,1946 in Saskatoon Saskatchewan.

DRAKE - THE DEATH OF GEORGE William Drake, aged 80 years, of 412 Third Street,east, occured at his home on Saturday, December 14. The Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 17, at 2 p.m. from chapel of the Saskatoon Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. G. S. Packham. Surviving are two sons, Henry of New Westminster, B.C.,and Gordon C., Regina, Sask. His wife predeceased him in 1944.
