A link with the past was broken with the death of Mrs Gertrude Everline Taylor, who passed away in her daughters residence at Hebden yesterday, aged 87. Mrs Taylor was the wife of the late Mr Alfred Taylor. Left to mourn their loss are her children, Ruby ( Mrs Dries, of St Clair ), Gertrude ( Mrs Gallagher, of Singleton ), Edgar ( Singleton ), Oscar and Allan ( Muswellbrook ), Albert ( Broadmeadow ), and Milda ( Hebden ), and her Grandchildren. Her other Son, Victor, is deceased.
