Word was received this afternoon of the death in the Mater Misericordiae Hospital of Mr Alfred Taylor, of Hebden, in his 70th year. Deceased was operated on about a week ago, and is believed to have collapsed early this morning. The Funeral will take place at the Church of England Cemetery, Whittingham, tomorrow afternoon at 3 pm.
