Evelyn Irene Lancaster, 8 years of age, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Lancaster of Broke, died at the Dangar Cottage Hospital on Saturday. The child contracted measles on Thursday last, which turned to convulsions. She was hurried to the Hospital but died a few minutes after admission. The funeral took place on Sunday, the remains being interred in Broke cemetery.
