PUBLIC MEETING AT WILCHER’S WINE SHOP January 1884
John CARROLL in chair, W Langsford, R Boyle (secretary). Proposed that this meeting considers it imperitively necessary that a suitable school building should be erected at Darlington for the convenience, comfort and maintenance of the good health of the children at present attending school in this portion of the district. The selection of the site of the building to be left in the hands of the Education Department.
