I am researching Charles Drake.  Things I think I know about him are::He
was born sometime in the 1730's.  He resided in Schooley Mtn Hasketstown
NJ.  He was a merchant.  In 1779 he bought 321 acres from Isaac Decou
which included the Schooley Mtn Springs. He married Sarah Bryant,
possibly the daughter of William Bryant   They had 10 children.  Charles
died in Old Forge PA.  His will was probated 08/1791.  His great
grandfather was Rev. John Drake , his grandfather Benjamin Drake and his
father was John Drake married to Rachel Morgan.
