I want to find out about Dr. Henry Holman Drake who edited "Hundred of Blackheath", only volume published in London 1886 of Hasted's projected History of Kent. Is he the same HHD as born 2 March 1820 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and married to Elizabeth Tod, father of Henrietta who died as a baby.Elizabeth died in April 1849 in St. Austell, Cornwall, UK.I want to find out where he lived in England, perhaps in London?, and what date he died and where.

Henry Holman Drake 1821-1905 was son of the well-known artist and inventor John Poad Drake by his wife, Susanna Johns Holman who he m 24/3/1819 in Stoke Damerel, Devon. This family were descendants of King Edward lll. I know of this because they are very distant cousins of mine.
