Trying to find info. on Edith Drake. Not sure but have she married James E. McDonald in Woodstock,Ont, Canada and moved to Colfax Township, Oceana county, Mi. where my grandmother, Mary Theresa,1 of 9 children, was the first born in USA,on Sept. 17, 1895. The last born in Canada was Charles abt 1894. It was said the Edith was related to Sir Francis Drake but dont know how. Can anyone help?

hi james edgar mcdonald is my great great grandfather he had married mary edith drake and had the following children dolly lillian elteen is my great grandmother. annebell, melinda catherin,john william orlo, george webster,margaret etta, charles harry,mary thressa,percy, dolly mcdonal had married henry b weland and had oliver weland which is my grandfather |

Trying to make contact with Druie, Muriel, Stan, Barbara,Phyllis, Madge who emigrated to Esbank with their parents Feather and Adelaide in 1929. Also Family of Esau and Sarah and their son Johnny and family of joseph and Anne who emigrated to Brownlee with their son William and daughter Clarice and had two more sons Arnold and Arthur. I am Franks daughter Mary . I emigrated to Australia in 1981 and would dearly love to make contact with my Canadian relatives. |

I have got information on Drakes' back to a Yates Drake. I think he was
married by Banns in Bradford on 13/06/1809, but don't have any birth dates
for them. He was a butcher/farmer. His wife was possibly Susannah Bland or
Blain and they had a son Reuben who married Rebecca Coulton.
If anyone can help with any information i would be most grateful.
