My Name is Joe Jacoby, my grandfather was adopted by Robert Jacoby of Cook Co. Il. on July 29, 1912 from teh Homes of Christian Woman's Benevole in E. St. Louls, Il. His birth parents are Edith Weiss and Robert Drake both of E. St. Louis, Il. Roberts fathers name is George Drake also of E. St. Louis, Il.
