Hopefully this series of FAQs will answer your queries, if not please don't hesitate to contact me with your query.
How long will it take for my image chart to be completed?
SENDING YOUR FILE VIA EMAIL:
Once I have received your payment, images, text, and the order of the generations, it will take approxiamately 1 week .
SENDING YOUR HARDCOPY, CDROM, DVD BY NORMAL MAIL:
Once I have received your payment, images, text, and the order of the generations, it will take approxiamately 3 weeks.
Can I send my photos by mail instead of by email?
Yes you may, I would suggest you send copies and not originals. Mark on the back of the photos all the details that is required ( names, dates and generation order).
Would you recommend sending hardcopies overseas?
Not really, there is always the chance of the package getting lost or damaged.
How large will the image file be?
Approxiamately 9mb.
Is it possible to view my chart as "work in progress"?
Yes, upon request I will setup a "WIP" URL from my website where you can view a "low resolution version of your chart.
 
Can I print the image file on my PC?
As long as you have software such as photoshop and a good printer but I would suggest you take the image file to a professional printing company near you. That way the end result will look a lot better.
What if I don't like to order over the Internet or don’t have a credit card?
Payment may be made by credit card, cheque, or money order. If paying by cheque or money order, once they have been cleared I will go ahead with the order. Cheques and money orders to be made out to L R ANDREWS.
